We are usually able to assist you very quickly via e-mail. Should you want to reach out via personally, please phone our toll-free number, and leave a message. All inquiries will be answered before the end of the following business day.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING:

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

We will always make our best effort to process orders placed between 8am and 5pm PST Monday through Friday within 2 business days. Your order will be shipped via FedEx Ground following credit card authorization.

Express shipping (1-2 day delivery) is available at an additional charge. Please make a note of the date you need your package in hand and we will reach out with recommended shipping method.

At this time, we do not ship to Canada. We are happy to accommodate most international orders. Please email us at info@supergoop.com to determine if we are able to ship to your market and to place your order. A $20 surcharge will be added to standard shipping fees on all international orders. You will be responsible for all clearance charges (duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees) associated with your order.

RETURNS:

Complete customer satisfaction is our goal. If you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us to arrange for a return authorization, and exchange or refund, within 15 days of purchase. (we're easy to work with...give or take a day or two!) Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Returns will be processed within 5 days of arrival at our Shipping and Return Center. We advise that you send returns via Fed Ex, UPS or registered mail.

If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us at our toll-free number (888.773.6660) within 10 days of delivery.

PAYMENT METHODS:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

ORDER STATUS:

Upon receipt of your order and verification of your payment, a confirmation of your transaction will be sent to you via e-mail . When your order ships, you will receive a Fed Ex tracking number via e-mail.

SALES TAX:

Orders shipped to Texas will be subject to applicable local sales tax.
